2. About the Role: 

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Project Manager to join our team. As a Project  Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects in the ETL space and ensuring their successful  completion on time, within budget, and according to scope. The ideal candidate will be an excellent  communicator, team player, and problem solver with a proven track record of successful project  management. 

3. Key Responsibilities: 

• Define project objectives and provide a clear vision to the team. 
• Develop a detailed project management plan and work breakdown structure. 
• Manage team workloads, review time spent on tasks, and provide efficient solutions. 
• Delegate tasks effectively and assign resources based on project needs, making sure projects  are delivered in a timely manner and on budget. 

• Conduct regular meetings with the team to capture feedback and strengthen team  collaboration. 
• Ensure project quality processes are met and escalate issues that cannot be resolved by the  team. 
• Communicate with customers, participate in customer support processes, and report on  progress and budget expenditures to senior management. 
• Continuously seek to improve project execution and management through the implementation  of new tools and better processes. 

4. Minimum Qualifications: 

• Master Degree in Computer Science (M.Sc.), MCA, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science  B.Sc., BCA, B.Tech/B.E. or any other related field.
• 6 - 12 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry with a minimum of 4 - 5  years of experience as a project manager. Demonstrated experience handling multiple projects  and teams at the same time is required. 
• Knowledge of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data modeling and experience with ETL  tools such as Informatica, DataStage, or SSIS. 
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with complex SQL queries. 
• Understanding of data quality and data governance best practices. 
• Knowledge of Databases like MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, among others, as well as in Microsoft  products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Exposure to cloud technology like Azure will be an added  advantage. 
• Experience in agile methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same  time. Scrum Master Certification (CSM) will be an added advantage. 
• Passionate for their work and enthusiastic about engaging, managing, and mentoring people in  a fast-paced environment. 
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written). 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• The ideal candidate should be comfortable with working across multiple time zones. 
• US Healthcare Knowledge will be an added advantage.
